I decided to share my experience in case it helps someone👀 If short, TRC-20 wins in most cases. The fees are tiny, the transfer goes through fast, and for deposits it’s almost perfect. I usually send from 5 to 50 USDT, the fee costs almost nothing, and the funds arrive in a couple of minutes. ERC-20 I use only when I need to send USDT from an exchange that doesn’t support the Tron network, or when the amount is large and I want maximum stability. But the fees there can be painful, especially during busy hours. Sometimes the fee costs more than the deposit itself. Speed-wise both networks are fine, but ERC-20 gets delays more often, especially in the evening. TRC-20 feels like a steady workhorse. My conclusion: TRC-20 is better for deposits. ERC-20 works for rare cases, but only if you are okay with higher fees. If anyone has a different experience, share it. I’d like to compare.
